Declaration of conformity with UK content laws

Close Only is not a producer, at any level, of the content available on closeonly.fr.
Each piece of content is published under the sole responsibility of its creator.

As a platform operated by DIGITAL AIR MEDIA Ltd (official developer of the Close Only app on Google Play) in the United Kingdom, Close Only acts as a hosting provider, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Online Safety Act 2023.

Age and verification

Close Only requires that all “creator” users be 18 years of age or older to register and publish photos or videos.
Age and identity verification procedures (KYC/ID check) are implemented to ensure the majority and consent of creators.

Reporting and removal of content

Any user may report content as inappropriate by using the “Report this media” button available under each photo or video.
If content is reported as illegal, harmful, offensive, or contrary to the Terms of Use, Close Only will act promptly, including through the removal or disabling of access to the reported content.
Close Only cooperates with competent authorities in the event of a legal request (police, courts, Ofcom).

Illegal and prohibited content

Close Only strictly prohibits any content in violation of UK law, including but not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Images (Protection of Children Act 1978),

• Obscene content (Obscene Publications Act 1959),

• Content exploiting or depicting individuals without valid consent,

• Content related to harassment, hate, or terrorism.

Child protection standards

The Close Only app, operated by Close Only Ltd, strictly forbids any attempt to exploit, endanger, or abuse children.

• Any attempt at CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) is strictly prohibited.

• Violations will result in the immediate suspension of the offending account and, where necessary, reporting to the competent authorities.

• Child safety is a core commitment of DIGITAL AIR MEDIA LTD.
