FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to open an agency space?
Nothing. Creating the account and using the tools is free. Close Only is only paid through its 15% commission on sales.
How is my commission calculated?
On the creator's net share, after payment fees and the Close Only commission. You set the rate (up to 50%) and the revenue covered with each creator, who has to accept it.
When do I get paid?
Your commission is credited to your agency balance at the moment of each sale. You then withdraw it via PayPal, bank transfer or crypto, above the site's minimum withdrawal.
What happens when a sale is refunded?
The matching commission is reversed automatically, pro rata to the refunded part. If your balance is not enough, it is made up by your next commissions.
Can I change my commission rate?
Yes, by proposing a new agreement from your dashboard. The creator accepts or declines it; until she accepts, the current agreement stays in force.
Can my chatters reply to fans?
Yes, if the creator enables managed messaging. Messages are sent in her name, and she sees in her inbox the ones sent by the agency. She can remove this access at any time.
Can a creator belong to several agencies?
No: a creator is linked to one agency at a time. She is free to leave it and join another.
Why does my agency account need approval?
To protect creators: our team checks every agency before it can invite anyone.
